The ROI Foundation Certificate Programme involves an initial 2-day course, a period of coaching during practical application and the completion of a meeting effectiveness evaluation report.

This is very different from just a 2-day ROI Methodology course. Participants bring to the programme a real life event of their own choice for planning and evaluation and we share their commitment to complete the final evaluation report.

Pecha Kucha is a presentation format where the speaker is given 20 slides which change automatically every 20 seconds. This presentation was given by Elling Hamso at Event Camp Twin Cities, a hybrid event for meetings industry professionals. There is probably no shorter introduction to the ROI Methodology!

ROI Week permanent home at Down Hall, London

ROI Week first week of September every year has now found a permanent home at the beautiful Down Hall Country House Hotel near London.

ROI Week offers five different courses for meeting professionals, including the 5-day ROI Methodology Certification course taught by world leading ROI expert Jack Phillips. Next year will also see a 3-day course on new meeting formats made possible by technology, taught by Ruud Janssen.
