Monday 30 August (09:00) – Friday 3 September (15:30)
This course is for meeting management professionals who aim to take a leading role in designing meeting and event planning and evaluation procedures in their organization or to offer such services to clients. Monday 30 August (09:00) – Tuesday 31 August (1630)
This course is a practical introduction to the ROI Methodology for planning and evaluating meetings and events. Monday 30 August (09:00 - 16:30)

Tuesday 31 August (09:00 – 16:30)
This is a hands-on workshop using the SenseiROI online program for planning and evaluating meetings and events. Participants must have completed at least a 1-day ROI Methodology course (this course is the same as the second day of the ROI Methodology Basics course above).
Wednesday 1 September (09:00 – 16:30)
Questionnaires are the most common and cost effective data collection method, in particular when administered online. This workshop focuses on overall survey design, alternative types of questions for different purposes, data analysis, and how to achieve a high response rate from participants.
Thursday 2 September (09:00) – Friday 3 September (15:30)
Meeting Architecture is the task of designing the meeting experience, its format, content and context in order to deliver greater value to stakeholders. The emergence of this new meeting management discipline is based on the book by Maarten Vanneste and the recently published Meeting Architecture Manifesto, written by 40 industry opinion leaders in Europe and US.
