This course is for meeting management professionals who aim to take a leading role in designing meeting and event planning and evaluation procedures in their organization or to offer such services to clients. By completing a post-course ROI case study, participants are eligible for certification in the ROI Methodology, a designation already achieved by more than 3000 practitioners worldwide.

The emergence of this new meeting management discipline is based on the book by Maarten Vanneste and the recently published Meeting Architecture Manifesto, written by 40 industry opinion leaders in Europe and US.
