Meeting Architecture - Designing Meetings for
Results (2 days)
Thursday 2 September (09:00) - Friday 3 September (15:30)
The Meeting Architect designs the meeting content and format, working with meeting owners to set detailed objectives and plan the experience of the participant before, during and after the meeting.
Meeting value can only be delivered through the behaviour of participants and the Meeting Architect draws on a wide range of social sciences and applies the knowledge of many different industries and professions to the task of creating value to meeting stakeholders.
This practical course includes a wide range of tools and concepts, including the latest technologies in audio visual support, recordings, online programs, social networking tools, virtual meetings, presentation design and much more.
The task of planning effective meetings is made easy by use of the Meeting Architecture Process (MAP) which will be applied to a number of case studies.
To read more about Meeting Architecture you may download the Meeting Architecture Manifesto, a document written by 40 industry opinion leaders from 18 different countries.
