Certification in the ROI Methodology involves the 5-day course and use of the Methodology in a practical measurement case study. Certification provides hands-on instruction for meeting planners to learn how to influence the organization, set meeting objectives, evaluate results and calculate return on investment.
What you will learn
In addition to developing ROI for a variety of meetings, participants learn how to advise and assist others with the ROI Process.
Specific objectives focus on:
- Linking meetings to business impact measures
- Selecting appropriate data collection methods
- Selecting appropriate methods for isolating the effects of the meeting from other influences
- Converting data to monetary values.
- Developing detailed evaluation plans for a variety of meetings
- Applying data analysis techniques
- Developing a detailed implementation plan for ROI
- Monitoring and coordinating the ROI process
- Developing internal evaluation reports

This is a residential course at Down Hall Country House Hotel at Hatfield Heath near London.

Travel
Down Hall is only 15 km by taxi from Stansted Airport. From Central London take the train from Liverpool Street rail station to Bishops Stortford (journey time 40 mins.) and then 10 mins. by taxi. Trains leave every 10 – 15 mins., see timetables HERE
