After a thirteen-year career in the electrical utility industry, Phillips began her work with the ROI Methodology. After progressing to corporate training manager roles, Dianne became a consultant in the early 1990s. As principal of Brilliant Minds she has been delivering training solutions for a wide range of organisations for about fourteen years. Dianne is known for her practical application of principles of psychology to business leadership and last year won a National Training Award for a project with the leadership team of a company in the automotive sector. Dianne works mostly on business leadership and communications, helping Directors and Senior Managers to engage their workforce, spread constructive messages and inspire confidence. This includes both formal and informal presentation and communication skills as well as the skills of ‘Impact and Influence’. In 1982 he founded ABBIT in Belgium which is today an international audiovisual production company. Vanneste has been President of the Belgian chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and attained his Certification in Meeting Management (CMM) in 2004. In 2006 Vanneste founded the Meeting Support Institute, based on his CMM business plan. This not for profit institute brings together meeting support companies and educates, informs and motivates meeting planners to develop the content and format of meetings in order to achieve maximum value to stakeholders.
