SenseiROI Online Event Planning and Evaluation Tool
SenseiROI is an online program which guides you through the five levels of the ROI methodology, setting objectives, collecting data by online questionnaires (or entering other data) and analysing the results, even calculating ROI.
The program has been developed by Gaelstorm Ltd. in Ireland and is based entirely on the ROI Methodology. Jack Phillips and ROI Institute Inc. is a shareholder in the company and has supported the development process.
How it Works
You can start planning and evaluating the event from scratch, or select a template as a starting point.
If, for example, you are planning a product launch, select the Product Launch template which will suggest typical objectives for this kind of event at the different levels. Accept or modify the proposed objectives, delete or add your own.
For each proposed objective, the SenseiROI template will suggest survey questions, which again you can accept or reject, modify, or add your own.
When you have decided on survey questions and uploaded the names and e-mail addresses of participants, SenseiROI sends the online questionnaire and records survey results on the dashboard as responses are returned.
Data from company records, such as costs, sales, etc. are entered manually to complete the data collection process.
The SenseiROI template may also suggest methods for isolating the effects of the event from other influences and converting results to monetary values.
A Proven Tool
SenseiROI has been developed over the past five years in close collaboration with ROI Institute. During the past year, the tool has been thoroughly tested on training and development programmes and is now being used by major corporations and associations in Ireland and the US.
During ROI Week, SenseiROI will be introduced to the meetings and events industry in Europe.
